We have perfomed over 15,000 BPOs over the last 5 years in our coverage areas. We have a great knowledge of the local market and we are very sensitive to market conditions in our neighborhoods. We are very familiar with the guidelines used by the different bank's reports and we follow NAR and NABPOP valuations guidelines.
